TERMS OF SERVICE

This website is operated by (trading as Cain Crafts). Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Cain Crafts. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our "Service" and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.


1. HANDCRAFTED PRODUCTION & MADE-TO-ORDER NATURE

All of our cardigans are crafted upon order. Due to the handcrafted nature of our items — which involves careful material selection, stitching, assembly, and quality inspection — each piece requires a dedicated production timeline. By purchasing, the customer acknowledges that they are buying a custom-made item, not a mass-produced stock product.


2. ESTIMATED TIMELINES & FULFILLMENT EXPECTATIONS

Due to the high demand for our products and the meticulous handcrafted nature of our production process, our current queue is extended. The following mandatory timelines apply to all orders:

  • Processing & Design: 3–5 business days.
  • Handcrafted Production Phase: Up to 15 business days.
  • Shipping & Logistics: 8–12 business days.


Total Delivery Window: By completing a purchase, the customer expressly acknowledges and agrees to a total delivery window of up to 30–35 business days. We do not guarantee expedited delivery. A delay within this 35-business-day window is a standard part of our production process and does not constitute a breach of contract or a valid reason for a refund or chargeback.


3. VISUAL REPRESENTATIONS & AI-ASSISTED PREVIEWS

We use high-end digital technology and AI-assisted creative previews to showcase the artistic potential and aesthetic details of our products. These images are for illustrative purposes. While we strive for 100% accuracy, the final physical product may have slight variations in color tone or texture due to the handcrafted manufacturing process and screen display differences.


4. ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Once an order is placed, it enters our production system immediately.

  • Cancellations: Permitted only within the first 12 hours of purchase.
  • After 12 hours, the item enters the Production Phase, costs are incurred, and the order cannot be canceled. Customers must wait to receive the item and follow our Refund Policy.


5. RIGHT TO CANCEL OR REFUSE ORDERS

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including but not limited to:

  • Errors in pricing or product descriptions.
  • Suspicion of fraudulent activity or chargeback history.
  • Extreme logistical costs to specific remote regions. In such cases, a full refund will be issued immediately.


6. SALES TAX

Sales tax will be applied to orders in states where we are required to collect it, in accordance with applicable U.S. state tax laws. The applicable tax rate will be displayed at checkout.


7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this site — including product designs, images, text, logos, and videos — is the property of Cain Crafts and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without express written permission.


8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Cain Craftsshall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business. Our maximum liability to any customer shall not exceed the total amount paid for the order in question.


9. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Harris County, Texas.
